Does Sweating Burn Fat

Sweating alone does not burn fat directly. Sweating is simply your body’s way of cooling itself down when it gets too hot. However, physical activity that causes you to sweat, such as exercise, can help you burn fat. When you exercise, your body uses stored energy (fat) to fuel your muscles, which can help you lose weight and burn fat over time. So, while sweating itself does not burn fat, engaging in regular physical activity that makes you sweat can help you achieve your fat loss goals.
